Julie Laughton is distinctive in her industry because she spearheads the entire project from start to finish. Julie first designs and drafts her plans in the traditional way: by hand. She then applies these designs to a modern Computer-Aided Design (CAD) format. In her execution of these plans, Julie manages and directs all stages of the design project through her function as Licensed General Contractor. The client has the option of hiring her as a pure designer or General Contractor, or both. The client is always in one-on-one contact with Julie throughout the entirety of the project.
