The job has been moving along nicely. Now the surgical part of taking out all the bad lumber is over and we put in all the new structural footings and foundations. Now that the concrete part is done, all the new framing can proceed and be completed. The picture you are seeing shows the floor joist being sistered with new lumber to strengthen the cantilever deck.
