This home remodel in Laguna Beach is a very special one because it is my client’s dream home. I consider this home to be a work of art. It is an early 1960s Chris Abel designed home. It’s one of the more unique homes in his portfolio.
It’s not only an honor and a pleasure doing this home remodel in Laguna Beach, but it is something that needed to be done to save the home structurally. This home remodel is extremely complicated because the home sits on a big slope and the repairs that need to be done are cantilevered over that slope. So coming up with a solution was not easy or quick.
